See individual items for setup charge. Setup is per product/imprint/color. If order consists of multiple scents, flavors or colors, a minimum of 50 pieces per variation will apply. Stock patterns with no customization will not incur a setup charge.
Please reference previous purchase order number. Repeat Orders are subject to another setup charge for 1/2 original set up charge as long as there are no changes to the artwork. NOTE: Any changes to the artwork or its colors or a change in the product is not considered a repeat and will incur a new setup charge.
See individual items for available material or container colors. We are unable to color match material or container colors with the exception of dye-sublimated items. For dye-sublimated items we are able to reference PMS® Values from the PANTONE® Solid Coated book to ensure color accuracy but are unable to guarantee an exact match. NOTE: If PMS® Values are not provided on a dye-sublimated item, SnugZ is not responsible for color accuracy of the final print.
We highly suggest submitting all artwork via Email as vector files with all text converted to curves or outlines. Set document color mode to CMYK and call out colors as PANTONE® PMS® if specific colors are required. When unable to send vector art, a resolution of at least 300 dpi is suggested for all gifs, jpegs, and tiffs (non-vector formats). Files should be submitted to the correct Email address (ARTWORK@SNUGZUSA.COM) to ensure no delay in processing. We are a PC-based company, but can accept files generated on a Macintosh.
Adobe® Illustrator®, EPS – Encapsulated Post Script and PDF – Portable Document Format - Adobe PDF. NOTE: Artwork created in another program and saved as another file extension does not guarantee acceptable artwork. (i.e. a jpeg saved in Illustrator as an .ai file does not make it a vector file.)
Photoshop Document or Camera-Ready Art (see below). NOTE: Formats above will not always be acceptable depending on the product ordered and the quality of the file.
We strongly recommend submitting all artwork in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines, preferably as an Adobe Illustrator file. All colors should be called out from the PANTONE® Solid Coated book. Please note that fluorescent and metallic (PANTONE® C) colors in the 800’s are not accurately reproducible by a CMYK printing method. We ask for vector artwork to insure the best printing of your artwork. Non-vector artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Non-vector files may be unusable and may be subject to artist charges depending on their file type, quality and intended use.
All logos, copy and other materials submitted by customers for our use in producing items ordered will be accepted as fully compliant with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.
Paper Proofs are waived unless requested on purchase order. Up to three e-mail or fax proofs are provided free of charge on all orders, including repeat orders. Proofs will be $10.00(z) thereafter. Your proof must be approved by e-mail or fax before we will begin production on your order if proof is requested (add 2 business days). Returning the art approval promptly is the responsibility of the distributor. Delay in returning art approval may affect scheduled ship date.
If it can be done within fifteen minutes, the SnugZ Art Department will touch-up or re-create your art for free. Time consuming touch up or re-creation of art may be subject to a $35.00(v) charge per hour. You will be notified of charges before we begin work.
Please be aware that print quality will be reflected in the quality of the materials you provide. Artist charges of $35.00(v) per hour may apply to camera-ready artwork that is sent to us in hard copy form.
Drinkware, Traverse, HYOU, SoulKix and Gift Set samples are EQP plus ground shipping. Some exclusions apply. Please provide a shipper number for all samples and for all expedited freight. If a shipper number is not provided, freight charges will be invoiced.
$25.00(v) domestic / $37.50(v) import / $90(v) HYOU line, plus published price plus and freight for catalog quantity orders. Must be requested on purchase order.

We reserve the right to decline your order. Production time begins when we have your complete purchase order and usable artwork. All info needs to be in by 12:00 PM EST in order to count as a business day. Any missing information from your purchase order will delay your ship date. We will send you an order acknowledgment to confirm we have the order. It is your responsibility to verify that all information is correct. If you do not receive an order acknowledgment within 24 hours, please call customer service to check on the status of your order.order status can be checked online, by emailing email@example.com or by calling Customer Service.
SnugZ will not produce items with obscene language, nudity, phallic symbols, sexual innuendos or other things that are vulgar in nature. We reserve right to refuse to print anything at our sole discretion.
All orders are subject to credit approval. Upon approval, we extend 30 days net credit up to your established credit limit. Payment methods accepted are: ACH, Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, Cashier’s Checks, and Business Checks from a credible establishment. Orders above $3,000.00 credit limit may require a deposit or prepayment. Prepayment is due before your order is started into production. NOTE: Orders with credit card payment are authorized for 10% over the order total to account for changes and freight. After the order is shipped the credit card will be charged for the final order amount.
Available at per piece price. We will make every effort to ship exact quantities. We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% under the quantity ordered.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Changes may affect the scheduled ship date and must be authorized by a Customer Care Consultant. Requests made 48 hours prior to ship date may not be possible. A minimum charge of $15.00(z) Product revisions or cancellations may incur a charge to cover work may apply to revisions after completed after art approval.

SnugZ USA ships all products FOB from our manufacturing facilities using approved carriers, including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Packages will ship ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping and accessorial charges will be included in the freight cost and billed at published rates with the order unless customer provides carrier account number. COD is not available. Handling charges may be billed on all orders including orders placed with a shipping carrier account number. High quantity orders will be quoted and ship via trucking company upon request. Customer is responsible to request trucking company quotes on other quantities. If customer is arranging their own LTL freight a $25.00(v) per pallet charge will apply.
All UPS 3rd party shipper accounts used will may be charged an additional surcharge by UPS the carrier. NOTE: All orders will ship the needed method to meet the in-hands date listed on your order. If the in-hands date is not firm, please note that. Otherwise SnugZ will not be responsible for covering expedited methods.

SnugZ USA will ship without customer provided account number to USA and Canada only. Shipments to all other countries must be shipped on provided account number and provided account will be charged for all freight, duties, taxes and brokerage. Certain shipments require additional information (valid carrier account number including the name and address of the account holder, receiver’s name, address, phone number and declared value). Please call for details. We are not responsible for customs delays.
We will not be responsible for any packages after they have left our facility. Please call customer service to add the proper insurance to your order to cover any losses or damages.
Due to the melting point of candles (wax begins softening around 120°F), it is suggested to ship all candle orders via overnight method with morning delivery during warm weather. Friday ship dates are also not suggested to avoid candle orders being stored in a truck or warehouse without temperature control over multiple days. SnugZ cannot guarantee, even with overnight shipping, that candles will not melt or soften during transit. All candle orders shipping during warm weather months are at the risk of the customer.
