Dye Sublimation Fabric Creasing:
Due to the nature of flatbed dye-sublimation, creases in the fabric may occur and cannot be avoided. Creases could prevent color or imprint from printing inside the small fabric crease, resulting in small white spaces where creases occur.
Frontside Only Print (Insert Card):
Insert card is only available with a front side print. Front side print is full color/full bleed.
Dye Sublimation Art Requirements:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however solid coated PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
