Order ships 2 business days after proof approval, for Clear Glass colors only, for Screen Print or Spectrum Decorations Only. Add 5 business days for Chisel Decoration.

Glassware Variations:

Glassware may have minor visual imperfections and variations that should not be considered as defective or flawed. Variations in raw materials, glazes, production equipment and firing temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, glaze, color, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.

Production Times By Decoration - Colored Glassware:

Order ships 10 business days after proof approval, for any Colored Glass Bottom (non-clear colors), with Screen Print, Spectrum or Chisel Decorations. Rush Production on Colored Glassware Not Available.

Price Varies Per Glass Color:

Item price varies per container color. Select the preferred color in the website “Glass Color” carousel to see price per glass color.

White Gift Box Optional:

Add White Blank Gift Box for additional charge of $0.50(V) per box. Decoration on box not available. Boxes ship flat (bulk). Assembly of drinkware into Box available for extra charge upon request. Contact customer service for details.

Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.

Shipping Method Disclaimer:

SnugZ will select shipping methods based on the instructions provided in the purchase order. However, SnugZ will not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers for both Domestic and International shipments. For international shipments, a third-party shipping account is required. The third-party account holder is solely responsible for all customs, compliance, and regulatory matters related to international deliveries. Not all items are available for international shipping. Spectrum Art Requirements:

Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. Artwork printed over a colored (non-white) backgrounds require a vector outline to ensure a legible imprint. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Raster or Bitmap art must include a vector clipping mask for a white underlay, if printed on colored background. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
