Glassware Variations:

Glassware may have minor visual imperfections and variations that should not be considered as defective or flawed. Variations in raw materials, glazes, production equipment and firing temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, glaze, color, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.

Order & Proof Cut off Time:

Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.

Standard Decoration-Pad Print:

One color pad print decoration included, on front side. Multi-color pad print for up to 3 imprint colors available for run charge of $0.45(v) per additional color, per imprint location, per piece. Setup Charge also incurred per imprint color.

Production Times By Decoration -Clear Glassware:

Order ships 3 business days after proof approval, for Pad Print, Spectrum or Chisel-it Decoration, in one imprint location, for Clear Glassware.

FOB by Decoration - Glassware:

Pad Print and Chisel-It decoration ship FOB TX 77906. Spectrum imprint ships FOB FL 33178. Production times vary by shipping location.

Zip-It Charge Parameters:

Zip-It Next Day Shipping Service available on this item, for additional charge. Single imprint location only, for approved decorations. Charge of $50.00 (V) incurred, per order. A complete purchase order and art must be submitted by 2pm EST, paper proof waived, for next day shipping to apply. See full list of parameters in zip-it link at top of page. Spectrum Art Requirements:

Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. Artwork printed over a colored (non-white) backgrounds require a vector outline to ensure a legible imprint. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Raster or Bitmap art must include a vector clipping mask for a white underlay, if printed on colored background. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
