The imprint design must be continuous and capable of repeating seamlessly across the entire surface of the item. Individual imprints, standalone phrases, or single-placement designs cannot be accommodated. Imprints and background patterns must align without visible breaks when one end of the pattern meets the other, allowing for an infinite repeat. Due to natural variations in machine movement during production, each finished item will have slight, unique differences.

Dye Sublimation Art Requirements:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however solid coated PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
