Knit-In Decoration Art Requirements:
Files should be in vector format, preferably Adobe Illustrator (AI), if any images are used, they should be no less than 300 dpi and placed in an Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) file and be included in email, convert all fonts to paths. JPEG, TIF, PDF, BMP and CDR files can be used, preferably in hi-resolution (300 dpi), but vector art is preferred.
Knit-In Decoration Color Limitations:
Designs may include up to four colors max, selected from the Stock Yarn color chart on this page. Custom yarn colors are not available. For artwork that exceeds knit-in color capabilities, embroidery can be added in designated imprint locations for an additional charge.
Embroidery Decoration Available:
Embroidery is available for an additional charge, as shown in the "Imprint Type" carousel on this page. It can be combined with a knit-in design in designated imprint areas. The embroidery run charge includes up to 15 thread colors and 10,000 stitches. Please provide all imprint colors as coated PMS values. PMS color matching is offered at no additional cost, though exact thread matches are not guaranteed.
October-January Peak Season:
Up to 5 business days may be added to standard production time during October-January peak season. Contact customer service for current production time during these months.
Basecamp Branding Included on Each Piece:
Each piece will feature Basecamp branding on the sewn-in interior tag and on the attached paper hang tag.
Fringe Color Options:
One fringe color is included at each end of the scarf. Mixing multiple fringe colors is not available. Refer to the "Fringe Color" carousel on this page for available selections.
