HYOU Flags - Light Backgrounds:

Material is transparent. Dark backgrounds reccommended. Imprints on light backgrounds will show through to the other side. Using different logos on front & back not reccommended on light backgrounds.

PRODUCTION TIME (Art Colors provided as CMYK):

Add 3 Business Days to production for artwork with CMYK color callout, so a Picture Pre-Production Sample can be emailed for approval. Pre-Production Sample waived when coated PMS Values are provided.

Ground Spikes Included:

Ground Spikes included. Ground Stands (Size: 7" x 7" x 32") are available for additional charge of $30.05 (c) Per Set.

Order & Proof Cut off Time:

Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Ship Dates Only:

Display items are only available to ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesday and Thursday ship dates are not avialable at this time. Orders will be scheduled on weekday that most closely honors product production time, but in some cases production time could be extended 1 day to accomodate the available shipping schedule.

To avoid delays or order holds, please submit all artwork using the art template available in the download section of this webpage. This helps ensure we understand your preferred layout for each panel of the product.

Care Instructions - Dye-Sub Display:

Cold Wash with Non-Chlorine Bleach. Tumble Dry Low Heat. Cool Iron when needed.

HYOU DISPLAY - PPS Required for CMYK Colors:

Artwork with CMYK color callout or Raster Art files requires approval of a Pre-Production Sample Picture (Material Swatch), per order, before order can be released into production (Picture or Delivered samples are both available). Picture Pre-Pro (PPS) Sample is no charge and will be emailed 3 business days after digital proof approval. To ship swatch for approval, please provide 3rd party shipper #. ***Please Note: Repeat orders do not need PPS approval, unless requested on order. If PPS is not approved, new setup charge will be incurred to revise artwork. VECTOR ARTWORK WITH PMS COLOR CALLOUT DOES NOT REQUIRE A PRE-PRO SAMPLE.
