Dye Sublimation Art Requirements:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however solid coated PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
HYOU APPAREL - PPS Required:
Pre-Production Sample Approval is required, per order, before order can be released into production (Picture or Delivered samples are both available). Picture Pre-Pro Sample (PPS), if approved, is no charge. Approved sample will be used for full order quantity. Picture will be provided via email 3-4 business days after proof approval. Add $100.00(V) + 3-5 day transit time to deliver sample for approval. ***Please Note: Repeat orders are NOT exempt. All orders require approval before production can begin. If PPS is not approved, then per piece charge + new setup charge applies to revise artwork.
