Order & Proof Cut off Time:

Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.

Spectrum Art Requirements - Mats:

Vectorized art with outlined text and PMS color callouts is required, for flat art. White Backgrounds are Not Available. CMYK colors are accepted but PMS values are preferred for consistency. Raster or bitmap art files must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and cannot include PMS color callouts or color matching requests. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.

Personalization - Mats:

Mats are available with the option to personalize the imprint per piece (i.e. location name, office name, etc.) for an additional charge of $2.50(v) per Mat, and standard production time. SnugZ Variable Data Spreadsheet template is required to be sent with the PO to ensure accurate entry and printing.

Proactive Shipping Notice for Floor Mats:

Floor mat orders often ship earlier than the scheduled ship date, and SnugZ cannot predict or control when this happens. To avoid potential issues with early shipments, we recommend providing delivery addresses without strict delivery windows to prevent rejections.

Email Proof Required - Mats:

An email art proof is required for all new or revised artwork due to color matching limitations. The email art proof simulates how the colors will appear when printed, helping to ensure the final result meets the customer's expectations. Waived Email Proofs are available for Exact Repeat Orders Only.

Light Background Limitations - Super Scrape:

Light background colors are not permitted due to the elevated risk of dirt transfer during decoration. To ensure consistent product quality, exceptions will not be granted. The following stock colors may not be used as backgrounds: White, A10, A5, A9, B10, C10, D10, E10, F10, F5, F9, G10, G4, G5, H10, I10, J10, J5, K10, K5, L4, L5, M10, M4, M5, N10, N5, N9, N8, O5. Reference the "Color Chart" link at the top of this web page for a full list of stock colors.

Imprint Color Matching Limitations Floor Mats:

Color matching is not available for PMS or CMYK colors. Any solid PMS or CMYK color callouts in artwork submitted with order will be converted to the closest available stock color. Please refer to stock imprint color chart provided in the art template, under Downloads section of this web page, for a list of stock colors. Email art proofs are strongly encouraged on each order since all PMS values are not available. Custom PMS colors are available for charge of $290.00(z) per color. Colors provided as Gradient CMYK or in Raster or Bitmap art cannot be adjusted by SnugZ artists so colors will not be converted to stock colors and will not be matched. Due to the nature of material being decorated, PMS colors may look different when printed on a floormat, verses what is viewed on a monitor or in a PMS booklet.
