PMS Matching of Imprint Color is available for additional charge of $25.00 (v) per PMS match. Each order must specify Solid Coated PMS value. Metallic and Fluorescent are unable to be matched. Review Ink Chart in Website Tab "Imprint Details", for stock ink colors to avoid PMS Match charge.
Order & Proof Cut off Time:
Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.
Individual Poly-Bag Towel:
Individually Poly-Bagging each Towel is available for additional charge of $0.44(v) per piece. Poly-bag must be clearly requested on every purchase order.
Product Care - Towels:
To preserve the quality of your printed products, it is recommended to wash towels separately to avoid potential color transfer, with other printed items. Before using for the first time, please wash screen-printed items in cold water and allow them to air dry. It’s normal for some ink to wash out initially, so washing them alone will help prevent any color transfer. For best results, avoid using bleach or commercial laundry services.
Standard Decoration - Screen Print:
Screen print decoration is included for one imprint location and one color. Multi-color screen print or Embroidery available for additional cost.
Multi-Color Screen Print Available - Towels:
One-color screen print included. Up to four (4) imprint colors available. Each additional color requires a $50.00 (V) setup charge; no additional run charges apply.
Embroidery Decoration Available - Towels:
Decoration can be upgraded to embroidery for an additional $3.13 (V) per piece plus a $50 (V) setup fee. Pricing includes up to 8,000 stitches and 12 thread colors, with digitizing included at no extra charge. Designs exceeding 8,000 stitches incur an additional $0.50 (V) per 1,000 stitches, per piece. One setup fee applies per order, regardless of stitch count or number of thread colors.
PMS Match Imprint - Embroidery:
Provide coated PMS values for all imprint colors when ordering embroidery at no additional cost. Thread colors will be matched as closely as possible; exact PMS matches are not guaranteed.
