Candle is available with an optional single location Pad/Screen Print on front side, instead of a Label upon request. Add $1.00 (v) run charge per color, per piece, if requested on order. Max of 2 imprint colors. Setup charge also incured per color.
Alternate Candle Full Wrap Screen Print:
Candle is available with a Full Wrap Screen Print instead of a Label upon request. Add $2.00 (v) run charge per color, per piece, if Full Wrap is requested.

Zen Background Pattern Included in Art Template:
Standard Art Template for Zen brand, includes a subtle speckle background pattern as shown on website art template. Pattern can be removed at no charge, when requested on purchase order.

SnugZ will select shipping methods based on the instructions provided in the purchase order. However, SnugZ will not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers for both Domestic and International shipments. For international shipments, a third-party shipping account is required. The third-party account holder is solely responsible for all customs, compliance, and regulatory matters related to international deliveries. Not all items are available for international shipping. Please confirm with customer service rep for each items international shipping availability.
Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer:
Due to melting point of wax used to make candles (wax begins softening around 120F), it is suggested to ship all candle orders via overnight method with morning delivery during warm weather months or in warm weather climates. Friday ship dates are also not suggested to avoid candle orders being stored in a truck or warehouse without temperature control over multiple days. SnugZ cannot guarantee, even with overnight shipping, that candles will not melt or soften during transit. All candle orders shipping during warm weather months or to warm weather climates are at the risk of the customer. SnugZ does not have cold packs available for boxes or temperature-controlled shipping carrier options at this time.
DIGITAL LABEL ART REQUIREMENTS:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
