SnugZ cannot guarantee, even with overnight shipping, that candles will not melt or soften during transit. All candle orders shipping during warm weather months or to warm weather climates are at the risk of the customer. SnugZ does not have cold packs available for boxes or temperature-controlled shipping carrier options at this time.
