Order & Proof Cut off Time:
Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.
Screen Print Production Time By Quantity:
Standard production time is 5 business days for orders of up to 1,000 pieces with a one-color screen print in a single print location. Please allow an additional 2 business days per additional 1,000 pieces.
Multi-Color Screen Print::
Multi-color Screen Print not available. Spectrum full color decoration recommended for multi-color imprint. See "Imprint Type" carousel for Spectrum decoration run charge.
PMS Match Ink Color - Screen or Pad Print:
PMS Matching of Imprint Color is available for additional charge of $62.50(V). Must specify the Solid Coated PMS value on PO. Metallic and Fluorescent are unable to be matched. Review Ink Chart in "Imprint Details" Website Tab, for stock ink colors to avoid PMS Match charge & for decoration method availability.
Spectrum Art Requirements:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. Artwork printed over a colored (non-white) backgrounds require a vector outline to ensure a legible imprint. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Raster or Bitmap art must include a vector clipping mask for a white underlay, if printed on colored background. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
