Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer:

Candle wax may begin to soften around 120°F. To reduce the risk of melting, we recommend overnight shipping with morning delivery during warm months or to hot climates. Avoid Friday shipments, as delays may expose candles to high temperatures over the weekend. SnugZ cannot guarantee candles won’t melt in transit, and shipments to warm areas are at the customer’s own risk. Cold packs and temperature-controlled shipping are not available.

Handcrafted Concrete Material Disclaimer:

Each candle vessel is individually hand-poured and hand-finished using natural concrete. Variations in color, tone, texture, air bubbles, surface markings, and painted details will occur from piece to piece and lot to lot due to the inherent nature of concrete and the artisanal finishing process. These variations do not constitute defects and will not be considered grounds for return or exchange. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these natural and artisanal variations.

DIGITAL LABEL ART REQUIREMENTS:

Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
