Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer:
Due to the melting point of the wax used in our candles (which begins to soften around 120°F), we recommend shipping all candle orders via overnight delivery with morning arrival during warm weather months or to warmer climates. We also advise against shipping orders on Fridays, as this may result in candles being stored in an unregulated temperature environment (such as a truck or warehouse) for an extended period. While overnight shipping is the best option, SnugZ cannot guarantee that candles will not melt or soften during transit. All candle orders shipped during warm weather or to warmer regions are at the customer's own risk. Please note that SnugZ does not currently offer cold packs or temperature-controlled shipping options.
DIGITAL LABEL ART REQUIREMENTS:
Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
