Shipping Method Disclaimer:
SnugZ ships according to purchase order instructions but is not liable for carrier delays, domestic or international. International shipments require a third-party shipping account. The account holder is responsible for customs, compliance, and related fees. Not all items are eligible for international shipping. Please confirm availability with customer service. Orders may ship early unless “Do Not Ship Early” is requested.
Concrete Disclaimer:
Laser engraved imprint may be darker or lighter per piece within the same order due to variations in the composition of the concrete
Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer:
Candle wax may begin to soften around 120°F. To reduce the risk of melting, we recommend overnight shipping with morning delivery during warm months or to hot climates. Avoid Friday shipments, as delays may expose candles to high temperatures over the weekend. SnugZ cannot guarantee candles won’t melt in transit, and shipments to warm areas are at the customer’s own risk. Cold packs and temperature-controlled shipping are not available.
Giftset Decoration Inclusion:
Standard price includes decoration on every item inside the set, in one location, using the standard decoration process. If giftset packaging is not decorated on the website image, then packaging decoration is not included. Reference individual item web pages to see standard and alternate decoration options.
Handcrafted Concrete Material Disclaimer:
Each candle vessel is individually hand-poured and hand-finished using natural concrete. Variations in color, tone, texture, air bubbles, surface markings, and painted details will occur from piece to piece and lot to lot due to the inherent nature of concrete and the artisanal finishing process. These variations do not constitute defects and will not be considered grounds for return or exchange. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these natural and artisanal variations.
