Shipping Method Disclaimer:

SnugZ ships according to purchase order instructions but is not liable for carrier delays, domestic or international. International shipments require a third-party shipping account. The account holder is responsible for customs, compliance, and related fees. Not all items are eligible for international shipping—please confirm availability with customer service. Orders may ship early unless “Do Not Ship Early” is requested.

Order & Proof Cut off Time:

Complete Order & Vector art must be received by 12pm EST to be processed same day. Email art proof approvals must be received by 12pm EST for the next business day to count as first day of order production.

Personalization Dye-Sub Towel:

Dye Sub Towel is available with the option to personalize the imprint per piece (i.e. name, initials, etc.) for an additional charge of $3.75(v) per towel, and standard production time. SnugZ Variable Data Spreadsheet template is required to be sent with the PO to ensure accurate entry and printing.

Individual Poly-Bag Towel:

Individually Poly-Bagging each Towel is available for additional charge of $0.44(v) per piece. Poly-bag must be clearly requested on every purchase order.

Color Matching Not Guaranteed:

Due to the nature of the cotton/poly material, color matching cannot be guaranteed. Pre-Production Sample (PPS) for a fee of $25.00(V) + Freight, is reccommended for any color matching expectations. PPS Sample adds 3-4 days to total order production time. Suggested to provide all colors as coated pantone values, for closest possible match.

Product Care - Towels:

To preserve the quality of your printed products, it is recommended to wash towels separately to avoid potential color transfer, with other printed items. Before using for the first time, please wash screen-printed items in cold water and allow them to air dry. It’s normal for some ink to wash out initially, so washing them alone will help prevent any color transfer. For best results, avoid using bleach or commercial laundry services.

Added Production Time for 145 + Order Quantities:

Standard production time is 5 business days for orders up to 144 pieces maximum. PRODUCTION TIME FOR OVER 144 PCS: Orders of 145-288 pieces = 6 business days. Orders of 289-600 pieces = 8 business days.

Dye Sublimation Art Requirements:

Vectorized art with outlined text, and PMS color callouts, is required, for flat art. CMYK colors can be accepted but are not recommended. Color matching not guaranteed for PMS or CMYK colors, however solid coated PMS values typically achieve the closest possible match. Raster artwork with a transparent background must have vector clipping mask. Raster or Bitmap art can be accepted with a 300 DPI minimum and cannot have PMS color call outs or color matching expectations. Artwork submitted outside these parameters may incur charges to have art formatted to meet printing requirements.
