Care Instructions - Ceramic:

Cup is top rack dishwasher safe & microwave safe. Hand wash recommended to preserve imprint.

Imprint Visibility Changes with Temperature:

Dye-sublimation is the standard decoration method. Because the mug changes color with temperature, imprint visibility will vary depending on whether the mug is hot or cold. Dark or black ink may not be visible when the mug is cold, while white or light-colored ink may not be visible once hot liquid is added and the mug changes color.

Option for Imprint Visibility on Empty Mug:

Dye-sublimation decoration is included. The mug appears solid black until warm liquid is added, which reveals the dye-sublimation decoration. To show the imprint on the black mug while it’s empty, add a Spectrum (full-color digital) print for $1.31(v) run charge plus $90.00(v) setup per location. No additional production time required, but orders with added spectrum printing aren’t eligible for Zip-It rush service.

Included Decoration – Dye-Sub Edge-to-Edge Wrap:

Full-color dye-sublimation decoration is included in the standard product price and wraps edge-to-edge from top to bottom for bold, full-coverage branding. The heat-activated color-changing finish reveals the design as hot liquid is added to the mug.

Zip-It Charge Parameters (Charges Apply):
